Malcolm was given an HIV test on 12/13/2001 and received test results the 1st week of January 2002 which were positive for HIV with a cd4 of 150 which is AIDS. Malcolm failed to inform me, his ex-wife, that he had AIDS and is currently passing this disease to other women without telling them. Malcolm was infected with HIV before he got with me in 2001 but i have no written proof of that, just his verbal statement telling me later on in the relationship that he knew he was infected with HIV.
