Patient has been refered to therapy for psychatric disorder, which have been determined (bipolar disorder II, antisocial disorder and PTSD ( determined from drug and alchol relapses). Antabuse has been subscribed (patient is non compliant). Family history is non exsistent, patient verbalized "my family said i am dead to them when they found out i was a heroin addict" .
